Founded in 2015, One-Forty is a Taiwan-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Southeast Asian migrant workers through education and systemic support. We believe that the migration journey should be a catalyst for economic mobility and lifelong transformation. To date, we have proudly empowered over 120,000 migrant workers through our initiatives.

By bridging the gap between host and home countries, we help migrants alleviate poverty and build sustainable futures for themselves and their families. Our work is driven by four core pillars:

- Integration & Reintegration Program: Supporting the full lifecycle of migration, from local adaptation to successful reintegration and entrepreneurship in home countries.

- Migrant School Program: Providing essential skill-building in Mandarin, financial literacy, and digital education to unlock each individual’s potential.

- Global Citizenship Education Program: Reimagining public narratives and fostering social empathy through cultural advocacy and immersive storytelling.

- Inclusive Society Partnership Program: Collaborating with multi-stakeholder partners to build a supportive ecosystem and promote social cohesion.

At One-Forty, our mission is to reduce social gaps for marginalized groups and create a more inclusive world where every migrant worker’s contribution is recognized and their future is empowered.
