/dev/color is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower Black software engineers to help one another grow into industry leaders and change tech for good. /dev/color was created to accelerate careers, foster authentic community, and transform the tech ecosystem with and for Black technologists in direct opposition to systemic challenges that persist in the industry and our world.
