Mission

The CLA Foundation serves as the philanthropic extension of the CLA Promise, working to connect diverse networks to create career opportunities through education, employment, and entrepreneurship.

Since 2015, we have granted more than $16.5 million to advance our mission in the communities where our CLA family members live and work. The CLA Foundation is funded by our CLA family members through financial support, volunteer service, and in-kind donations.
